The digital documents part of the apprenticeship eportfolio is an in-system form sign off function.

Within here, you have the ability to send and receive any type of form or documentation you wish.

For example, course sign up documentation. Not only that, but all of the forms that are sent have a digital time stamp to show where they have been and on what date. Each form also gives you the functionality to apply multiple digital signatures to them.
